I am having trouble understanding the progress of my shipment. It has had some very odd pauses, and is yet to arrive. I would like to know what the problem is?

Please note that we do not have control over the customs process in each international country. Sometimes, this may take a little extra time, so we recommend allowing an additional 1–2 weeks for your package to clear.

Shipping Timelines

• U.S. Orders: Please allow 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

• International Orders: Delivery usually takes 14–21 business days, though this may vary depending on customs clearance.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and several other international destinations. Once your package leaves the U.S., we are unable to track it further. Because of this, we cannot take responsibility for lost or undelivered international shipments, and no refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.

Customs & Duties
International orders may incur additional customs duties or import fees depending on the country’s regulations. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the customer, and Herbal Papaya cannot cover or refund them.
