I received a product which has an expiry date within the next 6 months, what should I do?

Please contact us right away at support@herbalgoodnessco.com, including clear pictures of the product with the Best By date visible.

Once we receive your email, we will guide you through the next steps:

  • Either return the product and receive a replacement at no cost, or

  • Dispose of the product (if it is near expiration), in which case we will send you a new one at no cost.

If the item is out of stock, we will issue a 100% refund of your purchase price, including shipping charges.
